Its 4" AK-XPS4 insulation delivers R-29 performance for coolers and R-32 for freezers, while 26-gauge acrylic-coated Acrylume panels resist corrosion inside and out. The NSF aluminum floor is rated 600 lbs per square foot to stand up to pallet loads and heavy traffic. A flush, self-closing door with super cam-rise hinges and a door closer improves temperature recovery between pulls.
