A flush self-closing door, super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, and a door closer minimize air loss between pulls.
Top-mount, self-contained refrigeration (PT0042LBNEMSA) is sized for 90°F ambient environments to maintain consistent product quality. A digital LED thermometer with pilot light switch provides at-a-glance verification for chefs and managers.
