Use the hot/cold rinse/fill faucet to refresh cooked noodles, purge surface starch, or quickly halt carryover cooking without leaving the cook station. Ideal for restaurants, catering operations, and high-volume kitchens, it helps crews move efficiently from boil to sauce to plate.
A 16.5-gallon tank and rugged stainless steel construction support repeated rinsing and rapid batch turnover during peak service. Level the unit with 6" adjustable legs and connect via a 1/2-inch water inlet for fast setup.
