Four 4" burners and tubes spread heat evenly across the stainless steel tank for consistent results on fries, chicken, and seafood. Simple millivolt controls and a high limit switch support reliable, safe operation.
Twin baskets, a removable basket hanger, and the included clean-out rod streamline batch cooking and end-of-day maintenance. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling and cleaning, while NSF, CSA Star/Flame, and ENERGY STAR certifications help satisfy compliance and efficiency goals.
