Whether you're building new or outfitting a high-volume prep line, this Arctic Air ACP48 condiment prep station offers reliable cold holding for up to eight 1/6-size pans. With a full stainless steel body and a matching stainless cover, it keeps ingredients protected and accessible during peak hours.
The unit uses a self-contained refrigeration system to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. Features like an external digital temperature display, backlit on/off switch, and pan supports make it easy to use and monitor. The unit sits on durable plastic feet and runs on eco-friendly refrigerant.
This Arctic Air ACP48 is in good working condition. Despite cosmetic imperfections, as seen in the pictures above, it has been tested and functions properly.
