Simplify chilled ingredient storage with the Arctic Air ACP63 prep station, designed to handle the demands of busy kitchens. It comes with fourteen 1/6-size stainless pans and covers, supported by a full-length rail with a stainless cover to shield contents when not in use.
The unit’s capillary tube refrigeration system holds safe food temperatures from 33°F to 41°F. A digital LED readout makes it easy to monitor temps, while plastic feet offer grip and stability. The stainless steel body ensures easy cleanup and long-lasting performance.
This Arctic Air ACP63 is in good working condition. Despite cosmetic imperfections, as seen in the pictures above, it has been tested and functions properly.
