Dial in and verify temperatures at a glance using the electronic thermostat and external digital LED display. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while plastic feet help stabilize placement on prep tables. Put it to work on salad, sandwich, or pizza stations to streamline workflow without consuming valuable workspace.
