Streamline cold prep on busy lines with the Arctic Air ACP8SQ, a compact refrigerated countertop pan rail built for fast-paced kitchens. At just 27.5 inches wide, it keeps frequently used ingredients organized and within reach while maintaining a consistent 33°F to 41°F holding temperature.
Load eight 1/6 size stainless pans with toppings, garnishes, or mise en place, then secure them with the included covers between rushes. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly, while plastic feet help protect work surfaces.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system delivers dependable cooling without remote components, and the 115v NEMA 5-15P cord makes installation plug-and-play. Listed cULus, UL EPH Classified, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation, the ACP8SQ checks essential boxes for commercial operations.
