The top accommodates the included eighteen 1/6 pans, while a full-length 9-inch cutting board keeps your make station moving. A 12.0 cu. ft. refrigerated base provides chilled storage directly beneath the work surface.
Operators can dial in performance with the electronic thermostat and monitor at a glance using the digital LED temperature display. Two solid, self-closing hinged doors help preserve cabinet conditions between pulls, and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement and service. Wire shelving maximizes base storage for backup ingredients and pans.
