Dial in temperatures with the electronic thermostat and verify at a glance via the external LED display. Keep proteins, sauces, and mise en place chilled right beneath the grill to speed ticket times and reduce back-and-forth to the walk-in. Six 5-inch casters (three locking) let you reposition for cleaning and then lock the unit securely during service.
