The rear-mounted, self-contained system and electronic thermostat with a digital LED display help you dial in consistent performance during peak service. Use the 11.5-inch-deep cutting board to assemble salads, subs, and wraps right at the counter.
Load the included eight 1/6-size pans with greens, proteins, and garnishes for quick, repeatable builds. A self-closing, solid door and interior shelf provide convenient backup storage, while the stainless steel top, front, and sides stand up to busy kitchen demands. Plug into a standard 115V outlet to power the efficient 3/8 HP refrigeration system.
