Its rear-mounted, self-contained system and electronic thermostat with digital LED readout make monitoring and adjustments fast during a rush.
Set ingredients in the included sixteen 1/6-size pans while you assemble orders on the 11.5-inch-deep cutting board atop the stainless-steel worktop. Two solid, self-closing doors open to a 15.5 cu. ft. cabinet with two shelves, a durable white ABS liner, and a stainless-steel floor for easy cleanup.
Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel front and sides resist wear and present well on the line, while 3-inch casters (two locking) let you position the unit for service or sanitation.
