Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration paired with an electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display helps staff monitor performance at a glance. Use it on busy cooklines, commissaries, or deli stations where fast, consistent prep keeps orders moving.
Stage fresh ingredients in the included (18) 1/6 size pans and assemble to-go items or entrees on the 11.5-inch-deep stainless steel cutting board. Below, 18 cubic feet of cold storage with three shelves lets you organize backups and refill the rail without breaking stride. Three solid, self-closing doors help maintain cabinet conditions during rushes.
