The Arctic Air AUC48F undercounter freezer streamlines cold storage right where you work. This two-section, reach-in unit delivers 12.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a compact 48.25"W x 30"D footprint, ideal for tight cooklines and prep areas. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 5/8 HP system to maintain consistent holding temperatures.
Speed up service by staging proteins, garnishes, or desserts within arm’s reach of the line. Two solid, self-closing doors help preserve cold air during busy rushes, while adjustable wire shelves let you reconfigure space for changing menus and container sizes.
Built for demanding kitchens, the AUC48F features a durable stainless steel exterior and a bright white aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display simplifies monitoring, and four casters (two locking) make repositioning or maintenance access straightforward for chefs
