The Arctic Air AUC60R worktop refrigerator streamlines cold storage and prep in busy commercial kitchens. With 60 inches of workspace and 15.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, it organizes ingredients right where you need them. Two solid, self-closing doors and two epoxy-coated shelves keep essentials accessible during service.
A self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system with a 3/8 HP compressor provides efficient, self-contained cooling. An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display lets staff monitor and adjust temperatures at a glance. Stainless steel front and sides and a white aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor simplify cleanup and withstand daily use.
Use the worktop to stage cutting boards, small countertop equipment, or plating trays during rushes. Plug into a standard 115V outlet via the NEMA 5-15P cord for fast setup on the line or in a prep area.
