Keep your food items cool and safe with this Atlas Metal WCMD-C-3 cold food drop in unit. This model offers a three 12" x 24" full sized pan capacity and includes an WFB-3 false bottom that is designed for cold pans. Being NSF certified means that this model is safe for public and commercial use, making it a fantastic option for buffets and catering services.
Constructed of stainless steel, this cold food drop in unit is extremely durable and simple to clean. This item comes with an RS remote that has an on / off switch and is intended for counter mounting. Measuring at 9.75" deep, this unit is a fantastic choice for a wide variety of different cold goods.
The insulated pan along with its self contained refrigeration keeps your dishes cold and safe. Also keeping the inside cool, this kit includes an 2060-1 condensate evaporator. Please note that this model does NOT include a buffet table or drop in unit host.
