The Atosa AGR-4B-NG natural gas commercial range pairs four 32,000 BTU open burners with a 20-inch oven in a compact 24-inch-wide footprint. Chefs can sear, sauté, and boil up top while baking or finishing in the oven to accelerate service. Stainless components support fast wipe-downs to keep stations presentable.
Work confidently across removable cast iron top grates while a pilot light keeps burners ready between turns. The oven’s two adjustable chrome racks stage pans and trays for roasting proteins, vegetables, or sides. A drip tray captures spills to help maintain a tidy line during rush periods.
Organize smallwares on the integrated back guard & over shelf to streamline plating and reduce steps. Four casters allow operators to reposition the unit for deep cleaning or to reconfigure the line; cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support compliance.
