Boost throughput and consistency with the Atosa AEC-0711 E electric, boiler-free combi oven. Its seven-pan capacity handles (7) 18" x 13" half sheet pans or (7) 12" x 20" steam table pans in a compact footprint, ideal for restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens. Choose steam, convection, or combination cooking across an 86° to 500°F range to batch-roast proteins, steam vegetables, or finish sides to order.
A 10" smart screen enables Combi Smart cooking with cabinet monitoring, multi-stage programming, and maximum steam saturation with humidity control. Eight fan speeds with reverse deliver even circulation for uniform results, and the removable core temperature probe supports precise targets during high-volume service. Six automated wash modes, twin chemical fill tanks, and a high-pressure coil wash hose streamline cleanup. USB storage and WiFi provide recipe transfer and fleet standardization. Certifications include ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®.
