The Atosa AEC-1011 E electric, boiler-free combi oven streamlines high-volume production. It holds up to (10) 18" x 13" half sheet pans or (10) 12" x 20" steam table pans to consolidate batches and free line space. A bright 10" smart screen speeds setup and keeps critical controls within easy reach.
The Combi Smart cooking system with cabinet monitoring helps you manage steam saturation and humidity for reliable texture and browning across proteins, vegetables, and baked goods. Choose steam, convection, or combination cooking, then fine-tune with four manual modes, multi-stage programming, and an 86°–500°F range. Eight fan speeds with reverse adapt airflow from delicate items to dense roasts.
Cleanup is faster with six automated wash modes, twin chemical fill tanks, and a high-pressure coil wash hose. USB storage and WiFi make it simple to distribute recipes and standardize results across multiple kitchens.
