Cook with steam, convection, or combination modes from 86°F to 500°F while regulating humidity for consistent yields. Eight fan speeds with reverse airflow deliver even heat distribution from top to bottom, ideal for roasted proteins, delicate vegetables, and baked goods. Multi-stage programming keeps complex cook cycles moving during peak periods.
Cleanup is streamlined with six automated wash modes, twin chemical fill tanks, and a high-pressure coil wash hose. A removable core temperature probe ensures accurate doneness checks, while USB storage and WiFi enable straightforward recipe management and data transfer. ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications support compliance and efficiency goals.
