Product Description
This single full vat electric fryer with auto lift system supports efficient frying and streamlined workflows in busy commercial kitchens. It offers a 50 lb capacity in a 19 inch wide design and features fully programmable electronic controls for precise, repeatable operation. Two fryer baskets and the auto lift system work together to manage batches with consistency during daily peak service.
A stainless steel tank is paired with a built-in filtration system with pump for integrated oil management and filtration. It includes two rear casters and two front legs for placement flexibility and stability in the cookline. Power specifications are 17 kW, 48 amps per wire, a 6/4 AWG minimum wire size, and 208V/60/3-ph, and it is ETL and cETLus listed.
