At 34-inch width and a 50+2(25) lb capacity, it balances volume and versatility for varied production. Fully programmable electronic controls, stainless steel tanks, and 2 fryer baskets per tank help teams execute consistent results across varied orders.
A built-in filtration system with pump supports fast oil management between batches. Set, move, and secure the unit with 2 rear casters and 2 front legs, then connect to 208V/60/3-ph power using 6/4 AWG minimum wire size, drawing 48 amps per wire with 17+(2)8.5 kW input. ETL and cETLus listings support regulatory compliance across commercial kitchens.
