Product Description
The double vat electric fryer enhances kitchen flow with a left full vat and right split vat to accommodate simultaneous frying. It includes fully programmable electronic controls, stainless steel tanks, two fryer baskets per tank, a built-in filtration system with pump, and an auto lift system. With a 50+2(25) lb capacity, it supports batch production across both vats.
At 34 inches wide, this unit is powered at 208V/60/3-ph and draws 17+(2)8.5 kW with 48 amps per wire, using a 6/4 AWG minimum wire size for proper electrical connection in professional settings. Two rear casters and two front legs aid placement and mobility while maintaining a stable, secure stance on the line during daily use. It is ETL and cETLus listed.
