Product Description
This triple full vat electric fryer with auto lift system fits a 51" width to support efficient line setups. Each of the three stainless steel tanks holds 50 lb and includes two fryer baskets per tank, and fully programmable electronic controls enable precise, repeatable operation. A built-in filtration system with pump works alongside the auto lift system to keep batch turnover organized from cook to cook.
The fryer features 3 rear casters and 3 front legs for straightforward placement in the kitchen. Electrical specifications include a 6/4 AWG minimum wire size, (3)17 kW, 48 amps per wire, and a 208V/60/3-ph connection to meet installation requirements. It is ETL and cETLus listed.
