Product Description
Designed for high-volume frying, this triple vat electric fryer with auto lift system streamlines production and timing across stations. Its left and middle full vats with a right split vat deliver 2(50)+2(25) lb capacity, enabling simultaneous prep of mains and sides. With 2 fryer baskets per tank and fully programmable electronic controls, staff can stage products with precision while the auto lift system manages basket lifts, and stainless steel tanks complete the design.
It features a built-in filtration system with pump to support changeovers and continuous service. Measuring 51"W, this electric unit operates at 208V/60/3-ph with (2)17+(2)8.5 kW, 48 amps per wire, and a 6/4 AWG minimum wire size. For placement and stability, it includes 3 rear casters and 3 front legs, and it is ETL and cETLus listed.
