Engineered for busy fry stations, the Atosa CookRite ATFS-35ES-NG natural gas floor fryer pairs a compact footprint with a 35 lb oil capacity. From shoestring fries to breaded tenders and bar bites, it supports steady output across service. Sized at 15-3/5"W x 30-1/10"D x 44-2/5"H, it saves line space without compromising basket capacity.
Three burners and millivolt controls manage a 200°F–400°F temperature range to suit diverse menus. Its stainless steel structure is built for daily use, with an oil cooling zone seated at the bottom of the tank.
Two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles plus a basket hanger simplify loading and draining between batches. Four casters allow quick moves for cleaning or service. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings, along with ENERGY STAR, make specification straightforward for commercial kitchens.
