This gas, floor model deep fryer is engineered to handle high-volume service with a 75 lb. capacity in a compact 21-1/8"W x 30-1/8"D x 44-3/8"H footprint. Five burners with independent manual control deliver responsive heat across a 200°F–400°F temperature range for consistent results across varied menus. Two nickel plated baskets with coated handles and a convenient basket hanger streamline drop, drain, and staging during peak periods.
A stainless steel structure stands up to daily use while the oil cooling zone seated in the bottom of the tank supports proper fry station management. Four casters make it easier to move the unit for cleaning and layout adjustments without disrupting the line. For assurance in regulated environments, this fryer is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and ENERGY STAR certified, aligning performance with efficiency expectations for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
