Product Description
The CookRite chrome plated griddle by Atosa, model ATG-2424-C, is a gas unit featuring a chrome plated griddle plate and independent thermostatic controls. It measures 24"W x 32"D x 15-1/4"H, provides a 24" x 24" work area, and is powered by two burners delivering a combined 60,000 BTU/h. Independent thermostatic controls regulate a 200°F–450°F temperature range across a 1" thick chrome plated griddle plate on the cooking surface.
Its stainless steel exterior and interior are complemented by a matching stainless steel grease drawer and stainless steel legs. Standby pilots are included, and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with regulator is located at the rear. The unit carries ETL sanitation and cETLus listings for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
