Boost line efficiency with the CookRite steel griddle, a gas-powered workhorse sized at 24" W x 32" D x 15-1/4" H with a 24" x 24" cooking surface. Two burners with independent thermostatic controls and standby pilots deliver responsive, repeatable heat across a 200°F–450°F range. A 1" thick polished steel griddle plate maximizes heat retention and recovery, helping maintain pace during rush periods.
Built for demanding workflows, the unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior that stand up to heavy use and simplify wipe-downs. A stainless steel grease drawer streamlines cleanup, while stainless steel legs provide a sturdy, professional stance. A 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with regulator simplifies setup, while 60,000 BTU/h output, ETL sanitation, and cETLus listings support confident, compliant performance.
