Product Description
The CookRite chrome plated gas griddle, model ATG-4824-C by Atosa, provides a 48 inch by 24 inch work area within a 48 inch wide, 32 inch deep, 15-1/4 inch high footprint, with a stainless steel exterior and interior. Four burners with independent thermostatic controls heat the surface of this CookRite unit. Operators can set temperatures from 200°F to 450°F across the plate surface.
A 1 inch thick chrome plated griddle plate pairs with a stainless steel exterior and interior throughout. Standby pilots are included, along with stainless steel legs and a stainless steel grease drawer for kitchen use. The unit features a 3/4 inch NPT rear gas connection with regulator and a 120,000 BTU/h rating, plus ETL sanitation and cETLus.
