Product Description
The CookRite chrome plated griddle is a gas unit measuring 60 in. W x 32 in. D x 15-1/4 in. H with a 60 in. x 24 in. work area for efficient line production. Five burners with independent thermostatic controls deliver zoned cooking from 200°F to 450°F, supporting precise temperature management across the plate. A 1 in. thick chrome plated griddle plate and standby pilots keep cooking zones ready between tasks.
It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, plus a stainless steel grease drawer that collects runoff for organized grease management. Stainless steel legs, a rear 3/4 in. NPT gas connection, and an included regulator support straightforward installation and service. Output is rated at 150,000 BTU/h, and listings include ETL sanitation and cETLus.
