Product Description
The Atosa ATWC-12 CookRite economy warming & holding cabinet helps chefs and operators stage, hold, and serve with confidence. This insulated unit measures 21-1/2"W x 31-3/4"D x 42-3/4"H and accommodates (12) 18" x 26" pans on integrated slides. A transparent polycarbonate door with a remain-open feature speeds loading and visual checks without slowing the line. Dial controls paired with an LED display provide straightforward adjustments across an 85°F–207°F heating range to match menu needs.
Engineered for performance and cleanability, the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use. A field reversible door supports various kitchen layouts, while the removable control drawer simplifies service. Position the cabinet where it’s needed on (2) swivel casters and (2) locking casters, and power it with 120v/60/1-ph. Operating at 1.58kW and 13.2A, the ATWC-12 is listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for professional kitchen compliance.
