Optimize your line with an undercounter freezer that delivers 6.5 cu. ft. of cold storage in a 27-inch-wide footprint. Two drawers keep ingredients organized and accessible, while an electronic temperature controller maintains consistent holding between -8°F and 1°F. Recessed drawer handles and magnetic drawer gaskets provide a streamlined front and a secure seal during service.
The top drawer fits one full-size 12” x 20” x 6” pan and three 1/6 size, 6-inch-deep pans, with pans included; the bottom drawer fits one full-size 12” x 20” x 6” pan, also included. A stainless steel exterior and interior with a reinforced stainless steel top add durability, and pre-installed casters simplify placement. This unit uses R290 refrigerant with a 1/5+ HP system and operates on 115V/60/1 phase at 3.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and it carries ETL sanitation and cETLus.
