For organized prep, drawers accept standard 1/6 size pans; each top drawer in the standard configuration holds six, and each bottom drawer holds four. A durable stainless steel exterior and interior are paired with a reinforced stainless steel top, and pre-installed 2-inch heavy-duty swivel plate casters make placement simple. R290 refrigerant, a 1/3 HP refrigeration system drawing 4.8 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 115V/60/1-ph circuit simplify installation and service.
