The Atosa AUF48SD undercounter freezer is a two-section, reach-in solution sized at 48-1/4 in. W x 30 in. D x 32-1/2 in. H with 11.8 cu. ft. of capacity to streamline cold storage under the line. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with digital temperature control maintains a -8°F to 0°F setpoint range for dependable performance in demanding service. Hinged solid doors open to adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves inside a durable stainless steel interior, matched by a stainless steel exterior and galvanized steel back.
Automatic evaporation reduces manual condensate handling, while 2 in. casters allow repositioning for cleaning and layout changes. Powered by a 1/3 HP system, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 2.6 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and carrying cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings, this undercounter design supports smooth, organized workflows across busy commercial kitchens.
