This undercounter refrigerator delivers reliable cold holding and smooth workflow for busy commercial kitchens. With 18.9 cu. ft. of storage across a 2-section, 72-5/8” wide footprint and six drawers, it keeps ingredients organized, visible, and close to the line. An electronic temperature controller maintains 35ºF – 38ºF for consistent, food-safe performance during prep and service.
Built for demanding environments, it features a stainless steel exterior and interior with a reinforced stainless steel top. Recessed door handles and magnetic drawer gaskets support frequent opening and closing throughout the day, while pre-installed 2" casters simplify placement and cleaning. It uses R290 refrigerant and a 1/5+ HP system on 115V/60/1-ph (3.9 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P, and carries ETL sanitation and cETLus listings.
