This 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 38-7/8"H worktop freezer pairs cold storage with a reinforced stainless steel work surface to keep your line moving efficiently. Its stainless steel exterior and interior and four drawers are built for the demands of commercial kitchens. An electronic temperature controller and R290 refrigerant maintain a reliable -8°F to 1°F holding range for consistent performance.
Each drawer accommodates one full size 12" x 20" 6" deep pan and six 1/6 size pans, organizing ingredients right where you prep. Recessed handles and magnetic drawer gaskets support low-profile access and secure seals. Pre-installed casters simplify placement and cleaning, and a rear grate completes the cabinet. Power requirements are 115/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P, drawing 4.8 amps with a 1/4+ HP system; cETLus and ETL sanitation listed.
