The reinforced top supports prep tasks, while chilled ingredients stay within reach to speed service.
Performance is precise with an electronic temperature controller holding 35°F–38°F, while eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and ENERGY STAR® deliver efficient operation. A field reversible self-closing door with stay open feature, magnetic door gasket, pre-installed casters, rear grate, and 3.4 amps, 1/7+ HP, NEMA 5-15P, 115/60/1, plus ETL sanitation and cETLus listings fit the demands of busy commercial kitchens and facilities. A standard NEMA 5-15P plug and 115/60/1 electrical simplify installation.
