Built for efficient workflows, this worktop refrigerator measures 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 38-7/8"H and offers (4) drawers with a stainless steel exterior and interior plus a reinforced stainless steel top to combine prep space with cold storage. An electronic temperature controller maintains a 35°F–38°F range with R290 refrigerant for reliable holding at the line. Recessed handles and magnetic drawer gaskets support quick access and secure sealing during service.
Each drawer accommodates (1) full size (12" x 20") 6" deep pan and (6) 1/6 size pans to keep mise en place organized and within reach. Pre-installed casters and a rear grate support straightforward placement, cleaning, and maintenance. It operates at 3.4 amps with 1/7+ HP on 115/60/1 power using a NEMA 5-15P plug, and carries cETLus and ETL sanitation listings.
