This 60-1/4"W x 30"D x 38-7/8"H unit combines a reinforced stainless steel top with a foamed-in-place backsplash and a fully stainless steel exterior and interior for lasting durability and easy cleaning. An electronic temperature controller maintains a consistent 35°F–38°F range with R290 refrigerant, while two doors and four shelves keep ingredients organized and within reach.
Designed for efficient workflow, the field reversible self-closing doors include a stay open feature, and magnetic door gaskets are standard. Pre-installed casters simplify movement, and a rear grate is included. Power is supplied via a NEMA 5-15P on 115/60/1, with 3.9 amps and a 1/5 HP refrigeration system, and the unit meets ETL sanitation, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR requirements.
