Product Description
Engineered for high-volume beverage programs, the Atosa CB3T021 coffee and tea brewer delivers tall, twin-station performance in a compact 24-3/8" width. Its 3 gal (11.36 L) capacity and brew capacity up to 160 cups (12 gallons) per hour help chefs and operators keep service moving, while a stainless steel body stands up to daily use. This unit supports standard 1–1.5 gal and larger coffee servers or tea dispensers to streamline changeouts and presentation.
A 5" color touchscreen with programmable brewing and digital controls is paired with a brew counter, programmable brew recipes, and USB programming, while sprayhead technology with pre-infusion and pulse brew optimizes extraction, an energy-saver mode reduces draw between rushes, and a hot water dispenser streamlines prep. Plumbing is straightforward with a 3/4" MNPT water inlet, 7.3–87 psi water pressure, 0.05–0.6 Mpa water flow rate, and an included 3/8" O.D. push-to-connect x 3/4" FNPT inlet connector plus 3/8" O.D. tubi
