Product Description
This electric steam table measures 44-1/8"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H and features three fully insulated open wells. Fiberglass insulation on four sides and the bottom supports an 8"-deep dry heating open well design. Each well has a 475 watt heat element with individual infinite switch temperature control, plus indicator lights that show power on and element heating, and mechanical switch guards.
Construction includes 12" x 20" stainless steel die-stamped openings with a rising lip, an 18 gauge stainless steel top, body, and under shelf, plus an 18 gauge support shelf with brackets. Stainless steel tubular legs and adjustable stainless steel feet ensure stable placement and leveling. A 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board, water pans, and three full-size, 6"-deep food pans complement service, while the optional MROS-3ST overshelf/sneezeguard and a 1425 watt, NEMA 5-15P, 120v/60/1-ph connection are ETL and cETLus listed.
