Product Description
This electric steam table measures 58-1/4"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H and features four fully insulated open wells with fiberglass insulation on four sides and bottom. Its 8" deep dry heating open well design pairs with a 475 watt heat element per well and individual infinite switch temperature control per well. Indicator lights for each well show power on and element heating, and mechanical switch guards are included.
Each 12" x 20" stainless steel die-stamped opening has a rising lip, and a 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board is mounted at the front. Construction includes an 18 gauge stainless steel top, body, and under shelf, an 18 gauge stainless steel support shelf with brackets, stainless steel tubular legs, and adjustable stainless steel feet. This 1900 watt, 120v/60/1-ph unit with NEMA 5-20P is ETL and cETLus listed, includes water pans and four full-size food pans (6" depth), and is compatible with the optional MROS-4ST overshelf/sneezeguard.
