Product Description
Power your serving line with this electric steam table built for high-volume, organized service. Measuring 72-1/2"W x 29-1/2"D x 33-1/2"H, it features five fully insulated open wells with fiberglass insulation on four sides and bottom for efficient heat retention. An 8" deep dry heating open well design pairs with 750 watt elements and individual infinite switch temperature controls per well to keep every menu item at its best.
Die-stamped 12"x20" stainless steel openings with a rising lip secure pans, while indicator lights for each well show both power on and element heating at a glance. A 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board, mechanical switch guards, and a stainless steel build — top, body, under shelf, tubular legs, and adjustable feet — streamline workflow and durability. Supplied with water pans and (5) full-size food pans (6" depth), it also accepts the optional MROS-5ST overshelf/sneezeguard, and operates at 3750 watts, 240V/60/1-ph with a NEMA 6-20P; ETL and cETLu
