Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration holds 34°F to 40°F to keep mise en place at food-safe temperatures.
Stage, sort, and retrieve ingredients fast with two self-closing drawers and recessed handles. Configure the included pans to your menu—use (4) 12 x 20 or (6) 1/6 stainless steel pans—to keep proteins, produce, and garnishes ready at the point of prep. Digital temperature control lets you dial in setpoints for consistent results across shifts.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this chef base resists busy-kitchen wear and wipes down quickly. 2.5" casters simplify movement for cleaning and layout changes, while a factory cord and NEMA 5-15P plug make installation straightforward on 115v/60/1 power.
