The Atosa MGF8454GR refrigerated chef base with extended top streamlines line prep and keeps ingredients close at hand. Its two-section, 12.1 cu. ft. interior uses four self-closing drawers to organize high-volume mise en place while maintaining a consistent 34° to 40°F holding range. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps deliver dependable performance during peak service.
Load the included eight 12 x 20 stainless steel pans with proteins, sauces, or garnishes to speed plating on the cookline. Digital temperature control supports precise adjustments, and the stainless steel interior and exterior clean quickly to keep operations moving. The extended top provides extra staging space for equipment setup and workflow.
