Optimize your line with a chef base freezer that measures 36"W x 32"D x 26-1/4"H and organizes cold ingredients in two drawers. A stainless steel exterior and interior stand up to daily service, while drawers arrive with 6" deep stainless steel pans for immediate mise en place. A reinforced stainless steel top and corner guards enhance durability, and pre-installed casters make repositioning simple during cleaning or layout changes.
An electronic temperature controller holds a consistent -8°F to 1°F, powered by a heavy duty compressor using R290 refrigerant. Heavy duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers, magnetic drawer gaskets, and recessed, pull out handles deliver smooth access and tight seals. Efficient operation meets key specs—520 watts, 5.2 amps, NEMA 5-15P, 115/60/1—and recognized standards with ETL sanitation, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR®.
