Built with a reinforced stainless steel top and corner guards, this chef base freezer is ready for the demands of the line. Measuring 48"W x 32"D x 26-1/4"H, it features a dual-drawer layout with a stainless steel exterior and interior, and the drawers include stainless steel pans for organized prep. Heavy duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers, magnetic drawer gaskets, and both recessed and pull out handles provide smooth, secure access.
An electronic temperature controller holds product between -8°F and 1°F, driven by a heavy duty compressor using R290 refrigerant. For hassle-free installation and service, it operates at 115/60/1, draws 5.6 amps at 560 watts, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P. Pre-installed casters aid mobility, and the unit meets ETL sanitation and cETLus requirements while earning ENERGY STAR® recognition.
