Built for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, this chef base freezer boosts line efficiency with precise cold holding. Measuring 72"W x 32"D x 26-1/4"H, this stainless steel unit offers four drawers and an electronic temperature controller. It maintains a -8°F to 1°F range, powered by a heavy duty compressor and R290 refrigerant.
Heavy duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers work with magnetic drawer gaskets, recessed handles, and pull out handles for drawer access throughout service. Pre-installed casters are included, and the reinforced stainless steel top features corner guards; drawers include 6" deep stainless steel pans for organized storage. Electrical requirements are 680 watts, 6.5 amps, NEMA 5-15P, 115/60/1, and the unit meets ETL sanitation, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR.
