Product Description
This chef base freezer measures 76"W x 32"D x 26-1/4"H and supports efficient cookline workflows with cold storage beneath a reinforced stainless steel top. Four drawers ride on heavy duty stainless steel slides and rollers, feature recessed and pull out handles, and seal with magnetic gaskets; each drawer includes a 6" deep stainless steel pan to keep ingredients organized. An electronic temperature controller holds a -8°F to 1°F range, powered by a heavy duty compressor using R290 refrigerant.
With a stainless steel exterior and interior, it stands up to daily service, while corner guards add protection in high-traffic areas. Pre-installed casters make mobility straightforward for cleaning and reconfiguration. Electrical needs are 680 watts and 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P on 115/60/1, plus ETL sanitation, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR®.
